MAXXIPANELS |
MAXXIPANELS are made using an innovative, yet tried and tested building system. They are extremely strong, building materials: in fact, they are virtually indestructible.
MAXXIPANELS consist of a super insulated core of rigid expanded polystyrene , sandwiched between two sheets of steel welded wire fabric mesh, and rendered with concrete to finish. The panels are simply erected upon a slab, wired together and rendered (see accompanying files for pictures and technical details).
SUPERIOR IN EVERY WAY TO DOUBLE BRICK, WOOD, TILTSLAB, CONCRETE, WEATHERBOARD, BRICKVENEER, MUD AND OTHERS:
This is a vastly superior product. The world has a crying need for new-age technologies to embody the best of construction science. MAXXIPANELS offer greater structural integrity, producing a continuous reinforced insulated wall with extraordinary strength to weight ratios. Think of brick makingMAXXIPANELS are the 'bricks' of the 21 st Century and have the potential of replacing them entirely.
Here are some facts:
Maxxipanels features
 virtually indest ructible with extraordinary strength to weight ratios
 earthquake resistant
 fire resistant
 insulators (hold heat in), prevent it form getting out: hotter in winter, colder in summer
 termite, rodent and pest resistant
 mustiness and mould free
 wind resistant to over 370 KPH
 light (no need for heavy machinery or cranes), low transport costs
 very low maintenance needs
 use proven technology (over 40 countries)
 use any suitable finish , including concrete, shot crete, plaster, mud
 suitable for use in all types of constructions , sizes, and markets: from low cost housing to commercial office buildings and hotels.
 easy to install , requiring only semi-skilled labour
 quicker to install (small house can be completed in 3 days)
 flexible , allowing designs of all types (panels can be curved or arched): and cut in numerous ways with ease
 Installation of utilities are much simpler: making for easy routing of electrical conduit and plumbing
 Environmentally Friendly
What do you think such a material would cost?
'MUCH LESS than conventional materials': is the incredible answer! The manufactured cost is about USD$40 per square meter.
THE FOLLOWING COST COMPARISONS SHOW THAT, APART FROM CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS IN BUILDING TIME AND LABOUR, THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS ARE CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER THAN THOSE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:
PRODUCT
PRICE (USD) PER SQ METRE
MAXXIPANELS (Add
FOB of approximately $3,000 per container) $ 40
DOUBLE BRICK
$ 192
TILTSLAB $ 134
CONCRETE BLOCK
$ 250
BRICK VENEER
$ 160
WEATHERBOARD
$ 130
And all technical assistance and supervision for the setup and startup of operations is provided
By comparison with conventional building products the cost is approximately two thirds less
As no frames are needed (to three storeys) there is a further reduction in building time and cost.
Early completion means lower capital investment and quicker return on investment.
Another huge cost saving: there is no need for heavy machinery or cranes on site!
On top of this, there is no need for carpenters or bricklayers as building can be done quickly by unskilled labor, with or without electricity !
This system enables all sorts of dwellings to be built including upscale private homes , commercial office buildings, factory warehouses, retirement/nursing homes, schools, low cost housing, correctional facilities, resort developments, municipal buildings, sound barrier walls etc.
ENVIRONMENTAL
MAXXIPANELS have a very low footprint in terms of environmental negative impacts; they don't pollute, do not have toxic residues (like wood varnished), do not create carbon emissions, do not eat up forests. Because of their remarkable insulating qualities, they require less heating and cooling so there is less CO2 put into the atmosphere ( which is warming up through carbon emissions created by the factories belching CO2 into the air for more electricity to cool and heat): no CFC's
We will deliver materials to your door, as well as instructional videos . If you request it, we can arrange for Instructors to visit your sites to teach your personnel.
If you would like to find more, please contact us, and we will supply full technical details and answers to your questions. Once you have had a chance to examine this material, I would like to arrange a conference call to discuss the proposal in greater depth: please send, together with your response, your preferred times and dates.
Thanks & best wishes
